WHAT ARE DOUBLEWIDE/MANUFACTURED HOMES?
Doublewides - also referred to as sectional or manufactured homes - are built under the Federal Construction Safety Standards Act (HUD Code). These homes can be set on piers, a concrete pad, a crawl space or a full basement. Doublewides come from the factory complete with draperies, appliances and a furnace, all ready to move into.

Doublewides offer 3/12, 5/12, and 7/12 pitch roofs and drywall packages. They are available in hundreds of different and unique floor plans. On average, Lewis Homes carries an inventory of 10-12 models, so you can see first-hand several of the available designs. We specialize in custom ordering a home to fit your individual needs and budget.
